2. Reservation and Payment

• 30% advance payment is required for reservations
• Remaining amount is paid on check-in date
• Payments are made through secure payment system

3. Cancellation Policy

• 30 days before check-in: Full refund
• 15-29 days before check-in: 50% refund
• 14 days or less before check-in: No refund

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests:

• Are obliged to use the villa with care
• Must be respectful to neighbors
• Must comply with villa rules
• Are obliged to report damages

5. Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
